Book a booth


 The „House of Friendship", (or „HOF") is one of the main meeting places during the Convention. The HOF is opened daily from Saturday, 1 June to Wednesday, 5 June from 10am to 6pm and will be visited by both Convention-goers and external Convention guests. 

Your Booth: Present Yourself!

You would like to present your project, company, products or services to the international Rotary Convention-goers, make new contacts and be a part of the HOF? Then you have come to the right place!

Your Stage: Entertainment in the House of Friendship
The House of Friendship is not only a place where visitors can learn about and experience the many facets of the Rotary family and local German culture, but the stage in the HOF will be filled with an exciting and diverse program all day long. You would like to be a part of the program and perform a play or sing a song? Or you would like to give a presentation about a certain topic or a project? This is your chance! FAQ about the Booths

Where is the House of Friendship located?

1. How much does a booth cost?

 1,500 EUR, excl. taxes. The duration is five days: June 1-5, 2019.

Rental charges may differ with size or position.

2. Are there free booths?

Due to overhead costs that need to be covered we are unfortunately unable to provide any clubs or projects with free booths. We thank you in advance for your understanding on this matter. 

3. What does the booth include?

Each booth to include:
• Standard floor marking
• Standard company identification sign
• Standard carpet
• max 3 kW power connection

4. Until when can I submit my application form for a booth?

It is possible to book a booth on a rolling basis, while booths are still available. After submitting your booth application form you will receive written confirmation.

FAQ about Entertainment in the HOF

1. How large is the stage?

About 10 x 8 meters

2. In what language should the presentation/performance take place?

To ensure that as many people as possible are able to understand, we especially encourage English-language submissions.

3. Will performers receive renumeration?

No, we are unable to provide presentees with financial support of any kind. 

4. Is it possible to submit a performance / presentation suggestion?

Yes, you can contact us with your concept or idea. Please use the contact form.

5. Where do I submit my idea?

Please use our contact form. We will ensure your request reaches the point of contact as soon as possible.

6. Do I need to be a part of the Rotary family to submit my performance / presentation suggestion?

No, you do not. We are excited to receive a wide range of project, performance and speech ideas that are of interest to the Convention-goers.
